I love to run! A good run is the ultimate de-stressor for me. Funny thing is … I was never a runner. Maybe you’re not either. Here’s how I got started.
If you are not a runner (yet):
Just put one foot in front of the other. It’s really that simple. I started out with a walk-run program, otherwise known as a Couch-to-5k program. That’s right … all I set out to do initially was run a 5k.

All you need are some comfortable shoes. I’ve switched things up over the years, mainly because manufacturers changed the shoes that worked for me
